Use of the stun gun:
1) Prior to use of the stun gun, put your hand through the wrist strap and take the device firmly in your hand.
2) Turn the safety switch with your thumb to the ON position and press the trigger.
3) Touch any part of the attackers body with the two outer electrodes.
But the most sensitive parts of the body are the shoulders, joints, abdominal areas, private parts, legs and loins.

The effects of the stun gun:
1-2 seconds ... a quick blow that causes the attacker a muscle spasm and terror.
1-3 seconds ... a medium blow that causes the attacker a shock and may result in his fall to the ground, although he will be able to get up again after a short moment.
4-5 seconds ... a full blow that causes the attacker disorientation, a shock for a few minutes and his fall to the ground.
The discharge time from this unit is 10 seconds maximum.
Then the unit switches off automatically.
It can be activated again after 2 seconds the earliest by releasing and re-pressing the button.

If possible, don´t show your stun gun to the aggressor. For the usage the element of surprise plays an important role - the shock effect is even stronger then.

1) Additional safety pin
The Stun Gun Power Max 500 provides double security. It has an on and off switch, and is secured with a hand strap. When the device is wrested from you, the safety pin attached to the handstrap comes off and the unit is inoperative. So it can not be used against yourself. Once you insert the safety pin back into the device, it is ready for use again.

2) Additional high quality batteries
The Power Max 500 is delivered with a high-quality 9V Energizer alkaline battery.
We recommend to use this stun gun only with Energizer alkaline batteries to ensure a proper function and a maximum performance.

3) Additional clip to attach to belt
If necessary, the stun gun can be attached to your belt.
To do this, use the attached belt clip. First insert the lower edge into the groove and then press down the higher ledge firmly with your thumb. Fasten the clip with two screws that are screwed into the pre-marked holes of the handle of the stun gun.
